  • 5 crispy bread rolls
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Curry ketchup
  • Stone ground mustard

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in pan. Add onions and peppers, sauté until tender. Grill or pan fry the sausages until browned.

Load the crispy bread rolls with a sausage topped with onions and peppers. Top with your favorite curry ketchup or stone ground mustard.
