Attention! The last day we will receive wild game will be January 16th – the end of the regular season.

We’re guessing you’ve done some work in the off-season to get ready for this year’s hunts. We have, too. In fact, we’ve remodeled and upgraded our entire Wild Game Processing facility with the finest equipment available — as well as some new employees with incredible expertise. In other words, we’re ready to fulfill your wild game order like never before.

We have uncompromising standards for the work we do. And those standards are met and exceeded because we employ good people who take great pride in their work. Two of our newest, Shawn and Johnny, are a rare breed in this day and age. They’re Master Butchers with 32 years of combined experience and bring with them invaluable expertise (and some really sharp knives). We’re excited for you to see their craft in the products we return to you.

You’ll also discover that the menu of products available for your game has been expanded to include cuts nobody else in town offers — things like top rounds, sirloin tips and more. And if you want to walk out with more than just your game, you’ll be happy to know that we’re offering more sausage varieties than ever before, including hot and mild Italian sausage.

We look forward to seeing you this season. And we can’t wait to prep the game that you can serve proudly to your friends and family.
